Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your New Client Information. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule

Waiting list: When it is impossible to coordinate your busy schedule with an available appointment time, request to be put on our Waiting List.

Making Reservations and Appointments

Your credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure CERTAIN Hair appointments and packages services of one hour or more. Payment types accepted are as follows: cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards and AMX). Prices do not include tax and gratuity. Please note that a deposit may be required at the time of booking. All Prices are subject to change at the discretion of management and/or stylist.


Cancellation In consideration of our other clients and technicians, please give a 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled time. If not canceled in the aforementioned time, a 50% of scheduled services will be charged on day of service scheduled to your card. Please note a 72 hour cancellation notice is required for all Japanese Relaxer services,  Extension or appointments with a 3hr appointment time. Failure to follow the salon’s cancellation policies will result in a forfeiture of deposit and or a 50% charge of the total services booked

No show appointments will be charged 100% of the total scheduled service on day of service for appointments booked.

Panache Salon is not responsible for any damage to clothing left on under your styling/color gown, so please dress accordingly.

Gift Cards

Panache Salon gift card are available in the amount of your choice. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Refund Policy

Panache Salon does not offer refunds on services. If a client is dissatisfied with his/her service, we offer a correction at no charge to the client if schedule within 7 days of original appointment.
