Shipping Rates and Policies

Panache and Company ships to the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes. Panache does not ship to international addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping Methods, Delivery Times and Cost

Standard Ground Shipping Cost: $5.95 – (3 to 8 business days)

Our shipping company of choice is USPS, for delivering packages to you more efficiently.

Shipping Restrictions

All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follow: aerosol items, some alcohol based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restriction and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.

Product Availability

Panache & Company receives orders weekly and makes every effort to have the merchandise you love in stock. However, not all companies we purchase from have stock, which can cause a backlog/backorders to happen. If an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will indicate that this item is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you can return it to our store (per the RETURN INSTRUCTION provided).

Return Policy

We at Panache & Co are a team of licensed professional who are dedicated to sharing with our professional advice on the product that would best suit your lifestyle and needs. A portion of all purchase goes to the continuing monthly advanced education of our team. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with a product, just return the product to us for a refund.

Time Limit on returns:

Products must be returned within 60 days of the Process Date on the order to receive a refund to the payment method used. If a purchase is received after 60 days of the Process Date on the order you will receive a gift card.

Payment Credit

  • Products returned to the store that were purchased using an online payment (i.e., PayPal) will be refunded to your preferred credit card or issued a store merchandise credit.
  • Merchandise credit will be issued for returns without a receipt, or for returns that are not made within 60 days of purchase.
  • A Merchandise credit will be issued on a return, providing the return is accompanied by a receipt.
  • All orders place using a gift card will receive a new merchandise card.
  • In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
  • We do not refund shipping fees!

Returning Your Order In-Store

  • Bring in your processes email order confirmation, packing slip and the original packaging to our store.
  • Online purchases returned to our store without the original email receipt and pack slip are only eligible for exchanges or merchandise credit at the current lowest selling price.

Return Package Shipping Fee:

We do not accept COD’s for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. To avoid return shipping cost, you may bring your merchandise and packing slip to our store location 12750 Carmel Country Rd. Suite 211 San Diego, CA 92130

Retuning your purchase by mail

  • Apply the return mailing label outside your return shipping carton.

Return Notification

  • For products returned to our Returns Department, we will notify you via email when we have processed your order and issued a refund.
  • Please allow us 30 business days for receiving and processing you online return.
  • Credit will appear on your account within 7-10 days after we process your return. Credit will appear on your statement within two billing periods depending on your billing cycle.

Coupon and Promotion Exclusions and Restrictions

As Panache & Co is a smaller company our coupons sometimes exclude a few products. Know our goal is to bring you the best prices and added value available to you our clients. We are grateful for every purchase you make as a portion goes to our Teams continuing Advanced Education in various Academies Nationally.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards or merchandise cards
  • Cannot be applied to an account payable
  • Not valid on prior purchases

  • Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order (Online or In-store)

Security and Cookies

  • This site does not carry cookies.
  • For your own security, we use Woocommerce as an added protection for your purchase.
  • If your billing address, credit card expiration, or cvs don’t match you cannot submit and order.
  • We do collect your email for our own records and do not release this information to any third parties.

Personal information we do collect may include the following: email address, mailing & billing address, phone number for verification and communications, payment card number, or other payment information. This information will allow us to better service you.
